Returns

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached in order for the return to be accepted. Buyer will be in charge of the shipping cost of the return package. STORE CREDIT will be issued and processed within 7 days of received returns. If you purchased an item on sale, it is final sale and no refunds will be available.

Our stock is constantly changing and because of this we are not always able to facilitate exchanges, only refunds for store credit.

Most importantly we want you to have a happy shopping experience, so please feel free to email support@daisymayandme.com with any questions or concerns. 

Shipping:

Daisy May & Me has set up the most efficient shipping methods for making sure you receive your order (in the US) within 7 business days (and often much faster). We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we can't control USPS, mother nature, holiday delays, or other unplanned situations such as COVID-19 restrictions.

We'll do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible. International shipping takes between 7-21 business days to arrive. Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.

If you're trying to estimate when your order will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Most USPS deliveries happen Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, although some locations may deliver on Saturdays.
